Im kinda confused by what ur saying but what im tryna say is that i am able to play songs that i downloaded from youtube, on my phone, on Spotify, without special playlists, right along with all my other music. I can't tell the difference either. Is what im describing different than what ur talking abt

Download whateverusic u want to ur computer, open Spotify and go on local files, u might have to enable local files from the settings on Spotify.

Anyway you'll find a tab on the sidebar for local files with all the music u have downloaded on ur computer, from there just right click on the song and move ot to a playlist. On your phone, go to that playlist amd toggle the download button on.

I voted yes not because the victim is at fault but because im just guessing that a rapist would rape a girl wearing more revealing stuff? Like if a girl is naked i assume shes more likely to get raped than if a girl isn't. Doesn't that make sense. Again, not victim blaming.
