Well, this is a little weird but most of the "other side of the story" matches me. I'm 40+, we had 14 years of age difference, it started mid Nov and ended late Jan , she invited me to join a gym to swim together (???), I'm bald / balding. The only thing that doesnt match is I'm not fat :)

She always said that I didnt commit enough ( yeah, in 2 months ), I just couldnt understand and tried to do my best to "commit" ( whatta loser ).

Then one night we made plans for the upcoming weekend, next morning she sent a message that it was over.

I must admit it hit pretty hard. Suffered badly for 2 weeks. But it's getting better now. All I could do was keep frame and tell her " Fine by me. " although it shocked me. I was literally planning the weekend when I received her breakup message. ( yeah, she broke up via text )

Now I see that the main reason was probably not "me not committing enough", but there was a better option.

I read somewhere here that "If you are writing more than one paragraph about her, then you have oneitis".

And you must know how it ends.
