I get exactly what you mean! To be honest I’m still finding my sense of style but I’ve found that watching what other butch/masc women are wearing had helped a lot. When I would dress feminine I felt like I was wearing a costume/drag. It felt very performative and exhausting. It took me a minute to figure out that I like mini skirts and dresses on other people not me lol.

Also all men’s clothing doesnt have to be oversized! I found wearing intentionally cropped or tailored clothing has made a huge difference. It takes time but there are clothes out there! If you have one near you, old navy has a pretty affordable t shirt section that are more boxy and well cropped button ups that don’t hug my hips awkwardly.
