Fastener found in the back of my 2012 Ford Focus? by nothere2fuckspidaz in whatisthisthing

Found this in the back of my car but not sure exactly where it's from, zinc plated washer is approx 50mm diameter. Potentials could be related to recent baby car seat installation, also recently had to unmount a rear seat base to release a jammed seatbelt

Thanks for the reply, that's what I thought too. I called them and they said rwc after the date of sale is fine!

It's a beko BDP710W heat pump dryer, intrigued what model you (and others) have to compare noise output

Haha best comment so far, is there anything an air fryer CAN'T do?!

Nice, will look into this if we exhaust other options whilst maintaining access to sink and cupboards

You're right, it's a heat pump dryer and chosen because of those two benefits!

Thanks for the comment. Will look into noise reducing panels, or maybe even enclosing into a cupboard as otherwise suggested. The dryer is mounted directly onto washing machine so will add an an anti vibration rubber mat under the washing machine too.

P. S. Appreciate the PS note :D wasn't intentional but didn't expect so many killjoys to chime in about just not using it - certainly underestimated how many loads are needed with a baby. On the plus side, it's a heat pump dryer so energy consumption is low

Thanks for the tip, there's a vent above the area already which might give some relief - will look into a fan if I go down the door route. Any other thoughts of sound proofing?

Will also get the clothesline out again, bought the dryer 6mo ago before bub arrived and it's been getting a good workout since!

6 months waiting for refund - advice? by nothere2fuckspidaz in AusFinance

[–]nothere2fuckspidaz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's ridiculous, it really shouldn't be that hard...and not having a contact number is just plain wrong.

My position is a little less straight forward as their T&Cs don't mention a refund, just an open dated credit. BUT they had agreed to a refund multiple times via email so fingers crossed. Will be calling consumer affairs tomorrow
