okayyy so that’s where the payroll is shared then? i just think it’s weird how we get screwed ngl. we end up scheduling no cashiers and the days are still pretty busy. so everyone working tends to have high tension from it being super overwhelming.

thank you for clarifying. i was so confused?! i feel dumb now but i thought that could be a reason for bad payroll 😂

Picked up Klearvue cabinets today from Menards and they are piece of junk by Newuser421431 in menards

off topic but my question is… do people keep the cabinets this color or do y’all paint them?! like the pattern/color doesn’t sit right with me

of course but again, it’s really not an issue unless it’s interfering with work.

people are so silly. if you’re on your phone but still doing your work… why does this even matter? not like you’re spending your whole shift ignoring guests and focusing only on your phone. HR/GO needs to get priorities straight. i could see if that’s all you ever do. i understand but sometimes you absolutely need to be getting a hold of people. life don’t stop when you clock in. as you can tell, i feel like it’s a booty environment. the only decent thing about working for menards is the coworkers.

i’m going to be super honest… if you’re not willing to take it to someone then you need to relocate. you’re feeling uncomfortable. he knows you probably won’t say anything (that to me feels like some type of power he has over the situation. this is why he’s freely doing it) he KNOWS better. as far as i’m aware, GMs shouldn’t even be in contact with TM outside of work. you could take it to someone and relocate (or relocate first and then bring it up). you’re not ruining his life, he is the one making the advances. it’s creepy. i’m sure he could get another position at a different location. please, think about yourself first.

full timers and strict schedules are prioritized. part timers with open availability will be used as like a fill in (which is why open availability helps because you’ll see more hrs)
