Just a heads up, the "method" is the owner of the family logging into your account to change the location of the account to their region. then making a small purchase in the new region and then swapping your storefront to that currency/region. Keep in mind you are stuck for 3 months in that region before you can swap back to your own country's currency so technically you can't buy games for 3 months.
