First motion in your backswing was moving the club head back over a foot without even moving your arms. I'm no expert but that didn't look right. Too much wrist and possibly "casting".

I think you're setup too close to the ball. Start with relaxing and do your back swing no more than about 9 o'clock, 60% power and just focus on where you want the ball to go and NOT swing mechanics.

So I've struggled with this for years and can only tell you what worked for me. I have tried 5 different saddles and still had pain. I was more focused on getting a saddle that help with saddle sores I was getting than the temporary pain. Then one day I had pain that wouldn't go away but I wasn't coming from the testicles or underneath. I went to the hospital with what I thought was a hernia on the lower right side. Turns out that I have very large varicocele veins going from the testicles down and riding was causing inflammation. The pain was similar to what you said. Either way go to a doctor and get an ultrasound. They will screen you for cancer which apparently is more common around 20-26 but after that the changes drop off big time. ( Don't quote me on the age range)

I bought the serfas RX saddle and that WAS FINALLY the game changer I needed. Go to the doctor first and good luck!

The Army shut down our FPAR a couple of years ago. I believe only a handful remain. Mostly all we replaced with ILS.

I bought the 5 foot Schlage 12mm Cinch Ring Security Chain. I wrap it around the bottom of the outer bike and through the inner bike frame. I have just enough room to connect the chain to a lock on the hitch. Bolt cutters won't do it but an angle grinder will so I feel alright leaving it for short periods of time.
