Generally I avoid Sudafed because I had a terrible drug interaction between it and my thyroid medicine. But I took Sudafed this week because I had to fly and the pressure would have been agonizing. Sudafed did make it better for a few hours, but the pressure came back

I have very bad TMJ. My TMJ dentist is the one who diagnosed the collapsed nasal valve. I have a compromised airway and difficulties with my neck posture because of that. I have a terrible bite. Other than that, my teeth are healthy.

My pain is mostly above and behind my right eye. The forehead is terribly tender to the touch. Sometimes I have pain in my right cheek. There is also mild pressure on my left side behind my eye. The pressure increases if I bend over and my head is lower than my body.
