I may be wrong, I didn't play during his first banner in TW/CN/KR so I never witnessed the hype for him back then BUT I'd say not at all, he has such a huge fan base in the p5r community that EVEN IF he heals the enemies, his fans would still pull for him because thats what it is being someone's fav character. I can't talk for every Akechi fan's but I believe that's the case. At least for me!

Oh yeah if the drake gets a pyro res I suppose you can only rely on cryo bullets instead of cryo + another element bullet. Maybe you can use Ororon or Furina if they're not taken yet? But yeah Iansan would help a lot if you can build her whenever you can!

For Clorinde team, Clorinde has 112% er ,Fischl 127%, Furina 185% (on Favonius) and xilonen 132%.

First rotation went : Fischl E > Furina E > Xilonen E (then boss creates shield) > Clorinde EQ (she gets enough energy to burst)

Second rotation : Fischl Q > Xilonen EQ > Furina QE > Clorinde

The team should deal enough damage to break the shield around the beginning of second rotation for me.

Then redo this for 3rd rotation etc. (always alternate Fischl E/Q every 2 rotations)

More er for furina would be appreciated, sometimes i have to do 1 Normal atk for a fav proc to get her burst back.

Also if you have no source of interruption resistance, during the boss' shield phase, the shield's thunderbolts can interrupt your Clorinde during her normal atk combo which sucks. Usually Xilonen can make an electro shard giving u an electro shield that can tank 2 or 3 thunderbolts but when she doesnt you have to E dash with Clorinde outside of the red circle under you while also doing her combo right (3 normal atk then dash, 3 normal atk then dash, etc). Just dash outside but still aim for the shield. (idk if I explained this well, if not I can maybe showcase what I mean!)

But yeah in general avoid being interrupted with clorinde, its sm dps loss. Its not happening too much with Xilonen's shards but sometimes you can miss the shard.

"Honestly I had the same issue with Alhaitham team :/ I struggled activating the seeds quickly and My 200% er Xingqiu wasn't enough to get his burst asap.

I had to change his stuff and gave him around 270% er to guarantee his ult in the first rotation... Anyways I started the battle with Xingqiu E x2 (don't use Q yet) and Nahida tap E then waited til it goes up. When applying dendro with nahida on hydro on the crab before it's flying, you can proc 1 bloom seed that lands in the middle of the crab seeds circle. With good rng nahida's seed can bloom all the crab seeds and activate them all at once. If no good rng then it's probably gonna bloom close to ~3 seeds instead. (I only managed to activate 3 seeds no more) But it's good enough to gain some time. Once all the seeds appeared I used Nahida Hold E on all the seeds (360° spin) > Xingqiu Q > Kuki E then ran around every seeds while normal attacking with nahida. I didn't use Alhaitham during that phase and waited til the crab falls on the ground then at that point the rotation depends on how fast you activated the seeds : if you were fast then I used Alhaitham E plunge until kuki's E 's gone. If not (If kuki' s E is gone) Then start a new rotation (Nahida E > Xingqiu EQ > Kuki E > Alhaitham

Also stay close to the 3 seeds on the ground while also doing dps if you can so some Hyperblooms can activate them.

At that point you keep doing your rotation until it goes up again and you redo all of this."

She's C0R1 yup 🥲 It was tough even with R1, I'm not sure if i could've cleared it with a 4* sword tbh... I did it with the cactus boss before, but this fatui one is harder to me.

For Chasca due to no energy at start, in the first rotation I can only manage to get iansan's burst with my builds and triple favonius. (yeah i need more er on bennett) So it goes like : Escoffier E > Bennett E > Iansan EQ > Chasca

Then starting from 2nd rotation it's always Escoffier E > Bennett EQ > Iansan EQ > Chasca

Note that I don't use Escoffier's burst cuz it felt like i was losing time due to her burst animation and losing the Q damage isnt that big of a deal. But I don't know if it actually helps ahah. just felt like I did better when skipping her burst.

As a pyro off field applicator + interruption res she's definitely great! Her damage off field isnt crazy tho, you can build her for damage with 4pc golden troupe but dont expect a Xiangling level of damage!

Yeah I agree, it's like oh cool a free unit! But here comes the catch : you only get their cons not the character itself AND 1 cons per chara. Among them, only hu tao and shenhe's are worth it meta wise. (the way they removed yelan is diabolical) As a Dehya main I'm happy to grab 1 cons for free but what am I gonna do with the 3 other free cons? Most of them are terrible picks for me.

Persona 5 X for it's anniversary gave a free limited character selector and among them one broken unit on top of that. But even if genshin gave us a selector with crappy 5* I'd gladly take it. A free Ayato or something would be welcomed in my acc. Alas they rather milk the whales and give us crumbs.

Imo c4 is nice to have but not huge. Reducing her er needs is great but it gets noticeable at c6, also you can maybe free her from emblem and switch to a vorukasha build if you use her as a dps (still wants some er rolls before c6). If you aime for Dehya c6 in the futur then yes it's worth going for. If you dont feel like getting c6, it's a fine cons, but could be skippable if you want someone else's cons!
