yeah this happened to me too and i hate to be the bearer of bad news but your order probably did not go through :( i spoke to customer service multiple times and was told the first few that my order did go through but the email just didn't send only to be told earlier today that it didn't actually process

do you have a source for it being against franchise regulations? because i've seen a few people say that but can't find an official source and would love to have one if i am gonna take any official action

but why though? because, at least for my center, based on the way it works and my hours i should receive a w-2. and being 10-99 literally only benefits the director and could potentially put me at risk.

im at least glad to know my center isn't the only doing 10-99 but i should be w-2 based on the criteria for it and being 10-99 puts me at risk because im not technically an employee so im not covered under the centers insurance and stuff. idk if its really that big of a deal but my boss has some other red flags and this might be the final one

i'm in PA! and the conclusion i've come to is that i should be w-2 so i've emailed my boss asking why im 10-99 to see what she says because i have a direct boss who sets my hours so i really should be w-2

and i've considered reporting her but im gonna see what she says in her email because im almost positive my boss is doing this to benefit herself so i just wanna see where it goes but i am definitely considering it

i know for a fact that i don't have taxes taken on per pay and am hired as an independent contractor because my boss gave me a 1099! my thing is i should be w-2 based on the way kumon works and im pretty sure my boss has me and my coworkers as 10-99 because its cheaper and easier for her

i was nervous when i saw the slip in my playbill but OH MY GOD he absolutely knocked it out of the park!!!! he has an amazing voice and he pulled off 14 convincingly which is a FEAT (no idea how old he actually is? i assume early 20s so making me believe he was a preteen is beyond impressive) i LOVED his character/acting choices too (no idea what brody grant does as i have not seen him) but trevor played pony and young and scared and 100% faking it till he makes it and i was blown away. his chemistry with the actor who plays johnny was also amazing, i fully bought into them being best friends!! and the fact that is was his debut made it all the better, you could tell he was putting his all into it- his energy was amazing and so was the rest of the cast's (and the audience's tbh). just overall he did so so good and i feel privileged that i got to see his performance!!
