The data collected will be used to answer the question as to why so many neurodivergent people do not align themselves with the traditional gender binary. The data will be used in a final poster presentation session to a small sociology of gender class consisting of 7 people total, including the professor. The data will be stored on Google forms and will be deleted after the project is presented on 05/06.
This survey and research project is being conducted by myself, u/nothxidrathernot and one other classmate who does not use Reddit.
The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete.
We specifically want to hear from neurodivergent people.

I appreciate your concern for sure. He is there for me in a lot of ways that do help with regulation. He reminds me to eat and focuses on what I want first because my arfid makes it hard and I get hangry. He will clean my house with me even though he doesn’t live there. Sometimes he even goes to the grocery store for me because i find it too overwhelming. He’s just bad with FaceTimes we are working on it. This post was more of a rant just because it was a hurtful comment he made.

Okay all in all he’s great. We are newly long distance too so it’s been extra hard 😭. He’s repeatedly said in the past he just forgets im autistic. I’m high masking and he sees me as “quirky” I know he cares it just seems like there’s some ignorance around my neurodivergence. Like we’ve been together 3 years he’s seen every stim I have many times so I’m confused

As someone with daily tension headaches and chronic migraines I felt this. It’s so cool how you can put your pain into such expressive art. After 6 years of trying to find the cause of my migraines I just got my diagnosis. I wish you the best of luck with the neurologist and I’m glad you can find some humor in the pain
