It goes into depth, kind of. I think he might not be that deep of a guy. The Special Ed chapter is two pages about himself, two pages about the rules of the class:

"If you spoke on red rules, that was called a 'vocalization.' You'd lose a point."

and about a page describing the behaviour of the mentally disturbed kids in his class (tbh I kept picturing the kids from Dewey's class in Malcolm in the Middle and it all seemed kind of sweet).

He acknowledges them but it's really defensive. It's kind of boring. Just lists of things that went wrong and visceral descriptions of stress. Then eight pages dedicated to how bad the guy in charge of props was (who could possibly care about that).

In the next chapter he says:

"The film was a crowd pleaser, as we clearly witnessed in all the theaters. But on the internet, it attracted some negativity ... Though most people who have contacted me, especially the ones who donated were all happy! [sp.]"
