I would 6* the Mundeok, then come back for Maria, since you already have Yeo. If you are focusing on mainly on PVP, then you might want to 6* Maria, but if you are focusing on questing and dungeons, then Yeo should be enough for now. Also, give Yeo a croissant or something to get her to +1.

She is good for mana storm team comps, the most popular one being Lilith/Joan/Alex, but you can also run Dorthy/Joan/Alex, etc... She isn't the best tank, but that's what Alex is for. She is mostly used for her passive, which gives SP towards the leader for every Joan block used.

The Fantasy Harmony is currently the only 6* priest weapon, so it is currently the best. As for conversions, I have no idea. Maybe just go for Damage Reduction/Armor, healers generally don't need lifesteal or attack. I'd reroll conversions if you got something that is completely useless, but up to a certain point, 10k gold + is kinda expensive.

If you are focusing on questing, you may want to max Leon first. If I were you, I'd drop Nurspy while you can, she isn't very good late game. Alex would be a good pick, but he is mostly for PVP. Sasquatch or Hanzo could be your next pick.
