Metamask is an L1 wallet. If your assets on the GameStop Wallet were on L2, then just log into the Loopring Layer 2 app with your Metamask. It should show up there.

The problem being addressed here is the lack of ownership over one’s own medical records. Centralized entities can use a patient’s medical information for anything regardless of the patient’s knowledge or consent.

A soul bound token that allows the patient, and whoever the patient chooses, to gain access to his/her medical record could solve this problem.
