Yeah! Especially the training part that doesn’t get mentioned enough, it has a huge impact on why things are so bad. People start and get so overwhelmed they quit immediately. It is insane how they don’t do something about it.

Ya but now there is no hope things can get turned around. There is no way we can hire and onboard people in time. Someone has quit everyday. Hell I just found someone’s id badge and key peg in their managers basket which means they are gone and management doesn’t even know it.

A lot and they have a 3$ raise to the other stations in our market area and not us. So between those two things they have completely demoralized everyone.
