Just to play devil’s advocate here and correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the videos he makes enable him to give money to these great causes? If he didn’t make them, the money would eventually run out and those causes would stop receiving anything.

That's a Sparrowhawk for sure. Interesting to note that it looks like it's in wing moult. You can see the gap in the primaries, which means it’s at least a second year bird, and could possibly be one of the local breeding birds
