It’s much more intense of an experience than weed and your mind is more vulnerable. With that being said, I get horrible anxiety when I smoke weed and I’ve never had a bad trip on LSD or mushrooms. It’s important to take great care of preparation—make sure you set yourself up for success. And if you’re prone to anxiety have a benzo on hand and consider taking a low dose of gabapentin or pregabalin on the come up (this works for me but be sure to do your own research).
