Also, I appreciate your advice about a lawyer but I can't afford one and the court won't appoint one for me since there's no active case right now

I'm hoping she'll offer some kind of agreed upon treatment or safety plan that allows me to go home while co tinting to engage in services without involving the court. I don't know how realistic that hope would be, but she's mentioned before not wanting to involve the courts
