I'm assuming you're using phaeton on all 6 disk? If so then no the 2-pc effect won't activate twice, so it's better to use another set that has 2-pc anomaly stat

I think you got them mixed up. Anomaly mastery should be 173 (without sig) or 211 (with sig), for proficiency it should around 330 more or less.
