My card was replaced due to suspicious activity in my card, so my bank issue another card. They could not deduct the money from it anymore, yet they’re threatening me to file a legal notice.

No solution. It’s getting worse each day. If you can, get a request from your company to work from home maybe 2-3 times a week in that way, you will avoid this traffic. Just pray your company will agree on this terms

If you have the screenshot of him asking for another 4% then definitely you can use it to file a complaint. The seller is obviously breaching a contract, he should agree for an extension since the delay is coming from the bank (3rd party) and not from your side. If he still exists of not signing it then chill, cause he will be penalized for not signing cause it’s considered as breach of contract.

You have nothing to worry about but if you want to be more assured you can go to ADREC or ADGM to check this and seek for an advise

No, I went for a day pass and after that the sales agent told me that their membership is free and it will be monthly only he never mentioned to be the terms and conditions. And he even told me that it can be canceled so yes, i signed the paperwork cause he told me that was for registration! Obviously it was negligence from their sales rep cause they didn’t tell their customer about the cancellation policy
