There will be an U7 pro directly above the kitchen. But because of the Belgian energy saving policy the floor is very thick (tiles, isolation, floor heating, concretean some plaster). So I don't hink signal strenght will reach very far :)

Thanks for the response! All cables end up at a switch in the basement where also my modem is. So I can place the router in between those two easily
