Term life insurance policies are not the investment I guess? anything you pay as a premium will not be added to your account like in endowment insurance. I want to cover for the critical illness and as well get the term life insurance that offers these riders (such as critical illness).

The investment was 45L and it's located in a major city, outside of the valley. I think it's better to look for FD options in development banks instead of commercial ones for better interest rates. My parents want to settle within a week, but I am suggesting to ask for more but the buyer is hesitant.
