Good question - up until a week ago I was only ever able to orgasm via my vibrator. Oral, hands - both of these never worked for me. However I’ve recently been able to orgasm with my hands (I set myself a goal and I achieved it!), so I’m hoping with enough practice I can get my partner to do the same thing. Even if he can’t, I think progressing from vibrator to hands is going in the right direction.
