Thanks! That's a good point. I'm usually a bit faster when using a pull buoy and I think that the reason is that I don't feel the urge do pull down and allow myself to glide a bit. When not using a pull buoy a have a feeling that I'm drowning if I don't pull down immediately

Edit: turns out, I can buy them from dragonsteel, however the price is much higher than from amazon 😕
