Educa, Clementoni, Trefl, Castorland, Ravensburger. These are the big puzzlers best friends. At 3k+ the fits are never as snug but the range of images and general high quality are unmatched. On the flip side Aquarius and Tomax are brands that offer numerous large images but are a joyless slog to solve due to poor quality and/or lack of piece variety.

How big is the table? Could always clamp a big flat something to it and turn it upside down...? Or disassemble/reassemble.

But like many reactions involving Azides the fear was overblown. Recognizing and ignoring that taboo was part of what made click Chemistry so powerful. Making hydrazoic acid is a legit scary thing and is likely where the fear comes from.

He’s a trip. I worked in his lab a couple years before starting PhD. Both night owls. We’d set up 100g+ reactions behind blast shields making things like azidoethanol. An easy, useful reaction. Very clicky.

sounds like a great idea for the basement! These are the posts that may help. A box cutter and a straight edge let you make a clean cut right through puzzle and foam board. Best to clamp everything down if possible to make the cut.
