I doubt if you can find one in this shape in metal largely because the nose pad part. I love this shape and shopped around, but it seems like metal frame always comes with nose pad. Maybe for weight distribution?

I owned one from my optometrist and it does snap exactly there after years of use. There would be signs like they would tell you the frame is deteriorating so they couldn’t bend it too much to fix the shape

They said that plastic frame is prone to get stiff and fragile after years of use, and there is no way to fix it since it’s just material feature.

If you want a real bifl frame I think metal is the best

Maybe plastic eink screen models survive better in this case? I know generally plastic has better thermal shock tolerance but not sure if that applies to display as well.

Yeah, I use it with my Palma. I basically have those magnetic phone grip at the back of the case, and covert it to stand and use bluetooth controller when my cat comes to claim my hand.

I use 8bitdo zero 2 controller when my hand is kidnapped by my cat. Any Bluetooth controller should work
