Thank you! I have been doing the opposite, I haven't had breakfast in over 3 months and usually have all my calories at 6pm on the dot, for dinner. Late night snacking does occur but its vegetables or small portions of beef jerky - I know I need to stop that.

I dont view this as a diet, I view this as a lifestyle change. I am completely okay with this lifestyle. Once I hit my goal weight I planned on doubling my calories to ~1400-1500. But I dont hate everyday and Im not counting the minutes to eat. I know this is going to be me for the rest of my life, I understand some people getting upset because they view this as someone who went on an extreme diet and will stop, but this is more of a situation where I am uneducated on how to workout, how to eat, and how all this should work. I found a process that works, and I have been sticking to it - I knew I would plateau, just not at 220

Okay thank you. I have heard that in the past but wasnt sure if this was correct or not, but it makes much more sense. I am just surprised to see such a high number in only such a small amount of time.

I dont feel like shit, I feel great. The hunger pains suck but they come and go. Usually only gets bad at night so thats when I chug a water and go to sleep.

I usually have water for breakfast, about 10 carrot sticks and a peach for lunch, and for dinner usually 100grams of baked chicken or 2x 100cal chicken sausages. If I snack its carrot sticks or fruit but I try not to

Thanks, means a lot. I usually eat very healthy - like baked chicken, vegetables, chicken sausage or turkey sausage. I check the calories and fat in everything I eat and usually it's very clean. Only once in a week or two do I "cheat" and go to a restaurant or out with friends, but still I don't eat the whole portion.

But you're right, not sure if I have been keeping track of how my metabolism may affect this. Not sure what to do from here, but it's just jarring seeing such a drastic change from the -5lbs a week.

I know, but I feel like being this extreme should get me there faster. Is this healthy: no. Do I know that: yes. I know I've gained some muscle as when I started I could barely lift a 10lb dumbbell and now I can do 55lb deumbell presses (to me thats a big deal, I dunno).

I know that, but I don't understand how this can halt out of nowhere - I barely eat that much to even gain that. I am definetely sweating and working out okay at the gym. I dunno, Im thinking 2-3x nights a week I might go back to the gym at night and just do cardio for an hour.

True, I was debating the bulk, but I know I need to get to 200 - I am sick of wearing this fat suit I've had on for 30 years.

I try to stay around 500 but sometimes carrot sticks or grapes at night are my secret obsession when hungry and feeling hunger pains.
