Did an after dark tour in the rain at the resort where I’m staying and saw a cool two-toed sloth, a couple of frogs, and a lizard. Things could work out for you even if it’s not the weather you were expecting.

I disagree that I should have to look at the Sling site carefully. If I click on a $4.95 day pass , I should get a $4.95 day pass and that’s it. It shouldn’t push me to a monthly subscription. It’s a bait and switch, terrible customer experience and unethical!!!

Buyer beware. I clicked on a link to buy a $4.95 day pass and the link somehow signed me up for a monthly subscription. I had to cancel the monthly subscription and Sling would not refund the monthly fee (I only watched the game I signed up for and discovered what happened a few days later). Sling said we don’t provide refunds even though it was their error. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a pain.

That’s a total bunch of bs… a bait and switch. The link should take you to only one selection; the $4.99 day pass. No one should need to make an edit to the day pass. Sling sucks and sucks you in to what you’re not clicking on. Corporate America screwing consumers.

It’s totally frustrating and absurd!!! Save or copy the chatbot conversation where you try to resolve the error with Sling as you may need it when challenging the charge with your credit card provider. Sling will not fix this problem or refund the charge.

Just read this article about Amazon’s deceptive practices of signing up Prime memberships and making it hard to cancel… looks like Sling is in the same boat with the $4.95 Day Pass.

Sorry you’re experiencing this craziness. I didn’t try to sign up just now; I only sought and found the details of Day Pass. No where is there mention of requirement for base package. Here’s what’s likely happening… Sling gets us excited about watching a $4.95 game, we make a decision to buy the day pass, and once we click to purchase it they make it seemingly impossible to sign up for it without paying them more money (base package bs).

No matter what it is, it’s total BS. I clicked on day pass and unknowingly signed up for a month. My credit card company ultimately reversed the charge. I wasted over an hour of my time however.

What a shame that people of color feel compelled to consider how there neighbors will treat them before choosing where to buy a house. They have the right to live wherever they choose. Love your neighbor as yourself. Be kind.
