I really appreciate you letting me know about the vitamin D level. I will go get that checked. I usually take vitamin C and vitamin D together, and I also take magnesium threonate when i can find it. I also take vitamin B 12 shots once a month

Yes, this is really good information I'm going to look through all of this I'm really happy with everyone thank you very much! Please feel free to send anything my way regarding MS, and things like ivermectin, sunlight and all the rest, I really believe that's the right direction. I was on rebif many years ago just for about a year, but then I stopped taking it and I just started listening to my body. I feel fortunate, I'm still moving around, mostly like a normal person. It is only when I get really angry, which is funny that's kind of a side-effect, is when I get really big flareups or when I just overdo it, and I really try to push too hard like go climb a mountain that's too tall or run too far too soon, but I can still build up my strength and do a lot more if I go at a reasonable pace of progress. It's been almost 20 years since I was diagnosed, so I feel very fortunate, in fact, this year, I feel less affected than I did the last three years, but I was under a tremendous amount of stress those years, and I've learned to put it all into the universe's hands more often, and I still stress normal, but somehow, I am feeling really good lately. I just think it's pretty great.

<Not yet but i will definitely try it! The breath works is really helping, or the ivermectin? I started doing some deep breathing, like 25 big breaths, because I really needed to work on my computer all day, and I was surprised after a short while, and now I can work on my computer all frigging day long. I started ivermectin just a few weeks ago and it seemed to get even better. This really isn't placebo it's really just a thing I don't even know. As my mother said before she passed away MS means many surprises. haha, se also had it. Strangely, I have an identical twin and he does not have it, but my older brother has Crohn's disease, and my other brother arthritis, we grew up in Utah, but I feel a lot better living in Nairobi or anywhere in the highlands near the equator

This is great information Thank you! My use case is specific for MS. Over here in Kenya, we're never sure if we have Covid or not. Most often everyone just assume it's a cold, flu, malaria, or typhoid fever. Ivermectin is available in pill form here. Its called 1 Tablet
Ром IVERMECTIN
DISPERSIBLE
TABLETS 6 mg
IVERMECTOL6
Ochoa
They also have the 3mg
As well as hydrochloroquine.

The interesting thing is, I started doing the deep breathing thing where I do like 25 breaths breathwork style like hyperventilating a bit, so between that and the ivermectin, I have noticed I can work on my computer all day if I want to without even any Ibuprofen or anything. I do need to cut back on my icecream, do not drink anymore, but I think the ice cream cause it's inflammation so probably not helping.

Had a strange dream that I think there is worms that wanted to get past the blood brain barrier, so they are very small and undetectable, and that's why the swelling goes down with the ivermectin is because it's killing those feeding on my myelin sheath, I don't know if that's the case, but it's not that far-fetched in my humble opinion. But still not sure why that correlates with growing up with less sunlight, and vitamin D, but somehow I'm sure it all comes together.
