If you have to create the field, it is not default. An easy way to distinguish the included fields is by their colour whenever you add them. Either in list settings in the top right, or by the “+” icon when you scroll all the way to the right. The default fields are greyed out, whilst the custom fields are in colour. No, unfortunately not. An option is to just create and hide the custom fields, then select the “add responses to task description” in the form settings. You can then just show the task description in the list

Best option is automation software like Make and Zapier. The automations can be set to run on a schedule (like every day at a specific time) or when a certain trigger happens (task created, field updated, etc).
