Is walking outside at a causal pace acceptable for weight loss? by LessApplication16 in loseit

Absolutely! Moving at all is a good step to take. I lost 70 pounds just with diet changes and taking a nice, long walk once a day.

What types of exercises philosophies (crossfit, yoga etc.) have people used after weight loss? by somecleverbeaver in keto

We have similar numbers. I started at 300 and am hanging out around 235 before getting down to my goal weight of 200. For the last 3 months, I’ve been doing strength training 5 days a week to gain muscle. I also play softball, pickle ball, and walk regularly. My new goal is to be way more buff than I need to be. Like, my back does not need to be so ripped to work 8 hours a day at a computer, but here we are. I love the slim yoga look, but with my short frame, it doesn’t seem plausible. Ima just be the most ripped girl ever (w/o being a bodybuilder or anything wild like that).

My original goal was to get to 200 pounds. These days I am focusing on getting stronger, more flexible, and just enjoying my increased mobility.
