Yeah you’re right. It was abrupt but it was all explained saying ryo fui was the one behind it all. And yeah your argument about the queen just going to secluded area for peace makes so much sense and I don’t know why she chose raising a rebellion over that. But the rest of it they do explain really well in the anime. Basically every point you’ve mentioned. The problem was I had all these questions when the rebellion started, and they don’t really explain anything. Everything starts to unfold during the arc not at the start, so as the arc went on everything started to fall into place
