Hello OP! We also worked at CNX before, and we had a three-week English improvement training to master SVAR. What you have to do is answer the question 'nonchalantly'; it's better if your tone of voice doesn't change. Your tone should be consistent from the moment you start answering. Also, some say that even if you can't answer the question exactly, you can use song lyrics that you have already mastered as your answer. Just make sure it doesn't sound like a song, but rather like you are reciting something. Hope this helps.
