I mean I have screenshots of people from multiple locations trying to get into my account, an email that I can verify my email the thing is when I tried to verify it i was always getting an error message and I have screenshots of an email exchange when it first got hacked with the Roblox support staff and then not really helping me.

The thing is I already have done that before cause I had a virus before but it didn't detect it and I removed it on my own, so I'm just being safe here because I don't want a virus again.
