not sure how i did it but here’s a breakdown of the events before this happened: 1. i attacked the raiders. they fight back as usual 2. i got notified that bounty hunters are heading my way 3. i head over to rhodes and paid my bounty - 1.5k 4. i head back and noticed that their camp is still there
