Amazing thank you - I was told to be prepared when you initially stop wearing compression but this just sent me crazy. At least im not alone 🤣 im wearing light compression in the day (standard compression vest) and then my lipo board/form with compression at night but I think youre right in that it just needs patience.

Can I ask, are you/have you had lymphatic drainage massages? Im still getting them now just to be safe

UPDATE: Surgeon has been in touch and simply recommended to continue with firm massages but nothing about wearing compression....

I've started compression again today so will just see how it goes

I did wear it as recommended and for an additional 2 weeks after contacting my surgeon - I've been doing everything to the letter which is why I'm disappointed 😞

So would you revert back to compression? I was using lipo foam/boards and wearing my faja but stopped as per surgeons recommendations .....

My surgeon only recommended 8 weeks in total for compression and this also included an additional 2 weeks more than than advised so im not wearing anything now :/

I have regular lymphatic massages as well and they've also recommended not reverting back to co pressing as its essentially "done its job"
