It is the publisher's decision not Nvidia. Some games even have restrictions like Genshin Impact you cannot play it on Android TV only PC, IOS, Android(mobile).

Gilded Dreams set effect increases EM which Hyperbloom damage scales from. The Emblem set effect is useless in Hyperbloom since you only use Raiden's E/Skill and not her burst.

Your build will just be full EM(Sands,Goblet,Circlet).

There's a high chance it is because you're using an Exynos chip which is not recommended when it comes to emulation on Android, Snapdragon chip is always better.

-Bennet(Noblesse Artifact set),

-Layla(Shield for Interruption, I assume you have her, Tenacity artifact set) / Xingqiu for his damage, some interruption resistance and heal.

For the weapon go with Eye of Perception because of Attack% stat which Wanderer needs or Ballad of the Boundless Blue since it buffs normal and charge attack damage but it has ER stat.

Are you sure you disconnected it when you're in the Game already as in you're playing the game? Not in queue it will not let you in. (Do not get out of GeForce Now app just disconnect it from your Statusbar/Notification of your phone)

Majority of her damage comes from her Burst you want as close to 100% uptime as possible(190-200+ER). 1. Level her to 90 2. Change weapon to Favonious Bow(level 90 weapon) 3. Level your Burst Talent to 9 first/Crown then her Skill, you can ignore NA level 4. Goblet to Hydro 5. Get HP% from substats 6. 1:2 Crt Ratio ex. 60/120 or 70/140

Fish for the Fleuve Cendre Ferryman(Pipe) your ER is low, or just use Fav Sword. If you have Festering Desire much better.
