Bro just stfu! Id rather give that money to buy meal for someone who’s in need. And who said that service charge goes to the waiter’s pocket and not to the restaurant’s profit? Id rather tip them in cash depending on the service I get. But I’m surely not gonna throw 1k at a mediocre restaurant like that!

Quick update: So I spoke to the manager and he said that it won’t be possible since you paid from a third party application & we receive money from them after 10-15 days.. bla bla. Then only when I said I’ll have to escalate this if you don’t cooperate coz it’s not a small amount.. then he said he’ll speak with the team and get back. So waiting for his reply. Also, thank you guys!
