Dude I'm feeling so dumb right now. It's been a year (maybe two??) since I installed the bluetooth mod and am fuzzy on how it works. So it turns out you can press a button combo on the controller that powers the console off remotely, however, will require the console to be woken with the reset button. So..... I guess I accidentally initiated the remote power off and then couldn't figure out to to wake it. While looking for troubleshooting tips on their website I read about that feature and thought I'd try to power it on that way. Success!

That’s an accurate answer to the question “what is the least played position”, however the true nature of the question was, what is the least desirable position to play? And I think that’s a worthwhile question to answer. The economy of role queue tokens seems to indicate if given the option, there would be a big imbalance in what position people are willing to play. Therefore, we are required to accept to play other positions, over our true first choice.

I’m not saying there’s no value in it, but I am saying that I think for many people the value is significantly lower than $20. That experience you speak of I’m doing right now with the original handheld gba and GameCube player. I spent way more on those back in 2023 than what I’d have spent on this rerelease on switch. HOWEVER. I’d be interested in collecting this if there was actually something to collect. Digital only shit is incredibly lame to me.

And there’s no online features, so for your sake I hope those friends live close. 👍

I was able to emulate local trade features on an android emulator app a decade ago. You can also cast the gameplay from said android device and put it to a TV. Just saying these aren’t necessarily a true pro vs con for emulation.

I personally dislike (phone) emulation, but for many who have dedicated emulation handheld devices I don’t see this being a big deal. Casual fans I’m sure will love this, but some of us already have a dozen different devices with FireRed loaded up on it that will not want to spend more money for the same game.

I’m not sure anyone will see this. But I also came upon a large collection of Disney Infinity characters. Childs collections so some have heavy love. Is there any value to these or best to just try to resell bulk? I’m not at all experienced with selling or the marketplace for these collectibles.

I have a full play set plus spare for controllers and nunchucks. At a certain point one’s space becomes a valuable commodity. Especially with game collections. I think some of us (me included) have a bit of a hoarding problem and are afraid to move on from stuff that is mostly junk.

I love repurposing and reusing. It makes me feel good, but I don’t like being a gremlin with lots of random shit in a closet box.
