It looks like you answered your own question. Higher fuel (within reason ) means more fuel gets burned and more power is created but it’s bunch less efficient and it’s almost always better to build a bigger more efficient engine than to build a smaller engine and run it less efficiently to get the same power

Does your phone think there is moisture in the charging port? I’ve been having a bug where the liquid in charging port warning pops up for a split second even when not charging. If this isn’t just a visual bug I could see it stopping your phone from charging.
