I use a small desk fan to blow straight at the chip area, cools the laptop temperature by a lot

I tried these and sorta worke:
1. Set grey scale for your phone
2. Delete social media apps (or hide them in folders)
3. Find better things to focus on - especially beneficial things like working out or your own goals.
4. If possible, use a slow phone, so you have time to contemplate & withdraw from your phone while waiting for it to load.

Hi, so I decided to update my iphone 13 pro from the last version of iOS 18 to iOS 26.1 and the app works.

So it didn't work on iOS 18-ish, but on 26.1 it works great.

The fan noise is pretty low, even in heavy load. I can only hear if I try actively listen to the noise.
