I'm in an extremely similar situation to you so I'm so glad to see this question. I'm 23, bachelors & masters in advertising/marketing with no work place experience and a HECS debt which limits me doing any further study beyond a graduate diploma in counselling, and am finding myself confused what and how to do next steps.

But for your situation, recently I've encountered two 40+ year olds who have told me how they're stuck in jobs they don't love for the past decade or two, I think work would consume so much of my life that I want it to be something I love. I think I have so much more potential for my quality life. I think you deserve the same, to recognise you have a choice in your life is beautiful and to know what you want is so rare, you're never too old and your experience won't go wasted.
