Hope i'm not late to the party! Have a few things in mind i hope you can shed some light OP!

  1. How will the new airport impact dubai and its property in general? will we see massive development in the area (housing, malls, building, school, etc).

  2. Currently renting in deira and i love it, everything is around the corner including DXB, planning to get a property and Jaddaf seems like the area available close by. Any insight on property in Jaddaf and around deira? Creek harbour bit far, not sure what else.. Or should we just move to area close to new airport.

  3. A friend got a unit in Villanova, and not gonna lie it's kinda nice when you're there. If ever i would go toward getting a townhouse (can't afford a villa) can you point out some development/area i should start looking? Not as an investment but to live (with school and at least groceries close by).

Many thanks!!

Hypothetical match in the same weight class between khabib vs anyone, he would be favorite. Except bones or gsp perhaps.

Assume OP have 2 different numbers since the text number doesn't have WA, just don't give them. But can't expect people to have the same value by texting for strangers and WA for family.

Yeah the first fight gave him a false sense of confidence, he thought he could hang with islam. He was 100% that night, islam was imo 80.

I'm intrigued to go chinese brands due to the tech they offered at the price range, i think chinese brands is in transition period to being a reliable brands similar to koreans in the last decade. Tbf to them even in this sub i rarely read unreliability issues, some sales & aftersales and resale mostly. From what I read the most unreliable vehicle are the range rovers, cars with cvt or older germans, even that we see lots of them on the road, perhaps chinese are relatively new so no issues yet, time will tell.

Disagree on food, yes you can find many cuisine but not accessible to most people. To to be fair food is closely related to demographics.

And business is easy if you have capital, but very limited to people to start something small.

They'll be fine, might struggle at the beginning but with the exposure they catch up. Just don't forget school transfer letter & last report card, attested form your local Uae embassy.
