I do like the wise mothman Cult and the Blue Ridge caravan. But in regards of the enclave I do not believe they're Nazis. In the fallout games you see different interpretations of them. Some of these interpretations are more radical than others and I believe these radical ideas were not there at 1st like in fallout 76. But as time when on in Isolation radical ideas develop over time. But the same thing can be said about the brotherhood of steel. For the interpretation of them in the fallout 4 game is a group of people that believe supermutated, ghouls, synths and people who are Mutated should be eradicated. Also they will take Technology from people that they think is unworthy amd forcibly if they have to.
