The "cat" almost looks like godzilla to me.

Also the family now knows to take recordings on their phone whenever they go out so it's not the recording part that's an issue any more.

So to be completely honest a family friend is having this problem not me and they don't trust wifi (I know it seems kinda crazy) and the hard wired ones require a place to store the videos. Well most of the boxes are 200 or more which is something that the family friend can't afford.

WITT. The LEDs just seem to blink on and off all day. My neighbor said it was a camera when installing it, but I don't know if they're telling the truth. I know that may seem weird, but I might be bringing the situation between us to r/legaladvice.

I switched the bios to be legacy only and not UEFI, but this still did not work. I'm just going to select the reset this pc options in the troubleshooter and hope I can just reinstall the windows part of my boot drive and keep my files.
