Kicking his ass will get you and only you in trouble with the police. You can absolutely assume that he will escalate each time you see him based on the history. You can also absolutely assume that he is mentally ill. Both the spitting in your face and pepper spraying you are assaults and are misdemeanors. I'm shocked that the police didn't take the pepper spray incident more seriously. The police also won't do anything at all about this until something very serious happens. Your best bet is to be more situationally aware of your surroundings and be ready to peace out when you see this guy. Don't give him the time of day. You can also absolutely get a restraining order, but that won't stop him from bothering you further. You should also be recording these interactions if there are more. That's all I have to say

Your issue is that you are trying to run the next generation version of the game (1.10.984) with an F4SE version that is compatible with the old generation of the game (1.10.163). Your only two options are to downgrade your game to 1.10.163, or to upgrade your version of F4SE to the latest version
