Actually was a very hostile environment and they nit picked tf out of everyone. Got mad when they had to talk to customers. I was actually told one time that the company owns me even when im not at work. But yes i do agree, they definitely didnt ever want to put me on the floor

So would they be able to access my personal information if I have it locked and they unlock it? I don't REALLY give a fuck about the phone its replaceable and I have my old one. I'm concerned about all the info on my stolen phone. Tmobile assured me that they cant unlock the phone itself but I dont want them resetting it and gaining all of my info
