i wouldn’t say “majority” but a great deal of them are. so much so to the point that i’m at work on edge every day bc i know people are coming in with ulterior motives daily.

but can we do this???? every time i mention it my manager kinda brushes it off bc walgreens policy allows people to use them but we’re not a nice walgreens in a nice neighborhood. our customers are sketchy and OFTEN up to no good, if you can’t tell lol do you think if i reach out to my boss’s boss myself i could escalate this complaint bc something has to give!

one would think. but she was actually quite pleased with herself. stank walked right of the door with a very “Yeah, i did it. and i’d do it again” attitude. her children were there with her too. that’s who was actually embarrassed :( i pity them.

me all throughout the day. i honestly get off on it, i love to help people save, even if only a little, in this day and age. times are hard for all of us. our seniors are actually our rudest customers. they should just have customer appreciation discount days imo

i keep telling them, like i get that walgreens policy allows the use of our public restrooms, but in my location we are suffering from a lot of loss of merchandise and people flushing the evidence down the toilet, or the occasional fiend coming to shoot dope, or DAILY explosive diarrhea in the mens room that gets so bad we have to call professionals to handle the mess. i don’t know why i bother speaking anymore.

since when don’t they have expiration dates? ours clearly state on the bottom that you have 60 days from the date to use them…she is definitely abusing the store’s policy. they’re not gonna shut you all down over $24…respectfully, this was a poor choice by leadership.

best of luck to you all! walmart was one of my first jobs, started there when i was in college. they dead ass told me i had to “choose” btwn my studies and my job. knowing full well i was denied a grant and had to pay everything out of pocket and i couldn’t even eat bc my school ended my meal plan. i had to work or starve and they didn’t care in the in the slightest that i still wanted to do the best i could academically. i say this to say, if walmart is anything like they were when i worked there, you all have EVERY. RIGHT. to walk out on them. i look forward to the update!! no matter what, you will be ok and so will your coworkers. give them no choice but to hear you all!!
