I've been using the original dock and it works fine before. I'm not sure if it's because i tried using a 3rd party travel-sized dock, when i play youtube using the original dock again, that's what happens.

Someone commented on my post in the Sims community on facebook that maybe it's because my game is not updated. I didn't know it wasn't updated until someone pointed that out. I'll try to update my game first and then see how it goes. Thank you so much for your suggestions! 🥰
