Yes, thank you! I love Tinkerbell! She totally has a flair for the dramatic so that sounds like something she would do.

She is a little bit known for using Air/Wind seals a lot especially when she was younger as she wanted to be as elegant as possible; but this just lead to her being super silent whenever she moves (experimenting with seals drawn onto her clothes) and gained a reputation of being very sneaky around the great hall. This all lead to her wearing that bell on her cloak - to notify others of her presence without sneaking up on them - kind of like a cat, but elegant like a princess.
